ChaiScript: the language itself

#1

Hi,

I am currently looking for a good scripting language for my simple game engine. Right now, it’s a tie with Lua. I was wondering though, ChaiScript looks great, but I am having a REALLY hard time finding information about the scripting language itself. Can I get more information about this? Maybe an example program?

EDIT: Looks like there are some example scripts here and all the information I need to know.

Thanks anyway!

If you download chaiscript in github, you have a folder named samples, you can take a look at it.

The unittests folder show every expected script case: https://github.com/ChaiScript/ChaiScript/tree/develop/unittests

The samples folder has some random samples: https://github.com/ChaiScript/ChaiScript/tree/develop/samples

The cheatsheet should cover normal cases: https://github.com/ChaiScript/ChaiScript/blob/develop/cheatsheet.md

And finally, the actual formal language reference is a bit out of date: http://chaiscript.com/docs/5/index.html
